What do 4X and 5X in the product name mean?
The 4X and 5X designations indicate the material's stiffness level. 5X is our highest available stiffness, providing maximum compression and joint stabilization for the heaviest loads. 4X is only slightly less stiff – it still offers very strong compression, just a little more flexible, ideal for slightly lighter training weights.
